accessories brands to success in the competitive U.S. market. With over 15 years
of fashion industry expertise, she has consulted with more than 2,000 brands in
New York, offering tailored advice on their U.S. growth strategies. Her
extensive experience in marketing, sales, and retail management across global
fashion hubs like New York, Paris, and London affords Alise a uniquely
comprehensive perspective on the industry.

In addition to her pivotal role at DOORS NYC, Alise imparts knowledge as an
instructor of Fashion Public Relations at Parsons New School, teaching in both
asynchronous and synchronous formats and shaping the future leaders of the
fashion world.

Before her impactful journey in NYC, Alise distinguished herself as the Creative
Director at the womenswear label NARCISS Fashion, where she was honored with the "Designer of the Year" accolade by the Baltic Fashion Federation
