Parsons alumni Haoran Li and Siying Qu founded PRIVATE POLICY, a genderless streetwear label that uses its runway narratives to raise awareness of social and human rights issues and ignite meaningful conversations through clothes and self-expression. The 2019 "Private Policy Designer" finalists of the prestigious CFDA/Vogue Fashion fund rework classic styles with an experimental edge, informed by the bustling energy of downtown New York and the spirited attitude of youth culture.
