SHIPPING 

All orders will DOORS ship within 1 – 5 business days, pending credit card verification, unless specified otherwise in the description of particular product.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, and a subsequent email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us at customercare@doors.nyc 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping outside of the US at this time. We are working on setting this up, and hope to be able to ship to you in the near future. Please get in touch with us if you are an international customer at customercare@doors.nyc 

 

RETURNS 

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, DOORS offers returns free of charge within 14 days of your order being placed.

All items must be returned in a new and unused state, in a perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the DOORS and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards and dust bags. DOORS reserves the right not to accept any return if the item shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Skincare, cosmetics and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please note that art and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account after DOORS receives the returned item due to varying processing times between payment providers.
