SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING 

All orders from DOORS NYC will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days, pending credit card verification, unless specified otherwise in the description of the particular product ordered. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order and a subsequent email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us at customercare@doors.nyc 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer free shipping and returns to the USA, Canada, EU and UK. For all other destinations, please contact us at customercare@doors.nyc .We’re working to expand our international shipping and will be adding more locations soon.

RETURNS 

We make exchanging and returning easy. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and simply let us know if you’d like a different size or a refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to:

  1. Contact us at customercare@doors.nyc with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label and further instructions.
  3. Repack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

FINAL SALE

Please note that art, beauty, and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned. Also, products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

REFUND

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your account after DOORS NYC receives the returned item due to varying processing times between payment card providers.
