We make exchanging and returning easy. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and simply let us know if you’d like a different size or a refund.
To initiate an exchange or return, you have 14 days from receiving your order to:

You will then receive return label from us

All items must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the doors. and designer tags attached (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Skincare, cosmetics, and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual return policy.
Please note that art, beauty and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
