Not rushing. If you stop, take a break and only then continue.

If you had to choose a favorite hour of the day, what would it be?
After an early morning yoga, breakfast with family.

What was the most challenging learning experience you have ever encountered?
There is no experience that can compare to the wonder of witnessing life being created and born. Holding my daughter in my arms for the first time...

What makes you laugh the most?
Husband and daughter. There's a Korean proverb for someone who seems to be blessed, we say: “Did you save the country in your past life?” I believe I did save the country in my previous life.
