ODDPRESENT

OODPRESENT is a Seoul-based womenswear label redefining minimalism through an unexpected lens. Founded under creative collective The Apartment, the brand's name - blending “odd” and “present” - encapsulates its philosophy: fashion as a thoughtful surprise, grounded in the now.

Designed and produced entirely in South Korea, OODPRESENT is known for clean tailoring, fluid silhouettes, and subtle structural twists that elevate everyday dressing. Signature pieces range from draped shirting and asymmetrical skirts to utilitarian outerwear with refined detailing. Each collection is rendered in premium materials - lightweight wool, soft poplin, crisp cotton - and finished with meticulous construction.

With prices ranging from approximately $90 to $400, OODPRESENT delivers accessible luxury with a conceptual edge. The brand has cultivated a loyal following across Asia and is steadily expanding its global presence through curated retailers and editorial recognition.

OODPRESENT offers a quiet rebellion against the conventional.

MEET THE DESIGNER

"Clothing lives with the body. No matter how conceptual a piece is, it must move with the person wearing it."

ODDPRESENT
MINI INTERVIEW

What’s your design philosophy?
Oddpresent’s design philosophy is about finding beauty in imperfection — the kind that lives in everyday moments, traces of time, and quiet emotions. I’m drawn to the subtle tension between rawness and refinement. Each piece is designed to reflect an honest state of being rather than an idealized form of beauty.

What’s your process for designing a new collection?
Every collection begins with an emotional scene, not a trend or a market brief. For example, our last spring collection started with the image of a quiet city after a breakup. From there, I translate feelings into materials, silhouettes, and textures — building a story through fabric rather than words.

How do you balance creativity with wearability?
Clothing lives with the body. No matter how conceptual a piece is, it must move with the person wearing it. For me, creativity doesn’t mean distance from reality — it’s about making the ordinary feel poetic. If someone can wear a piece daily and still feel something from it, that’s the balance I aim for.

What’s your favorite thing about being a fashion designer?
Seeing someone wear our clothes and feel like themselves — that’s everything. The moment a person looks in the mirror and says, “This feels like me,” is when design fulfills its purpose. It’s no longer mine; it becomes theirs.

How do you see the future of fashion?
Fashion will become less about products and more about emotional identity. People will choose clothes that speak to their inner narrative rather than external approval. I believe the future belongs to brands that design attitudes, not just items.
