"Finding a look that truly speaks to your soul—that’s the real meaning of fashion."

Alisa Ramic, M.I
MINI INTERVIEW

How did you become interested in fashion design?

I’ve always known that this is my soul’s mission in life. My passion for beautiful clothing—and the power it holds—began at a very young age. I started sketching my own designs as early as 5th grade, and I’ve never looked back since.

What's your design philosophy?

Dare to be you. M.I is all about self-expression—embracing the strength that comes from feeling truly yourself through what you wear. It’s about empowering yourself and inspiring confidence in others through bold, authentic style.

How do you stay up-to-date with fashion trends?

My brand isn’t about chasing the latest trends—it’s about self-expression through clothing. Finding a look that truly speaks to your soul—that’s the real meaning of fashion.

What advice would you give to someone interested in fashion design?

Find your unique voice and stay true to your vision. Create what you want to see in the world—not what you think others expect to see.

How do you handle creative block?

I accept it. Over the years, I’ve learned that when creative blocks hit, the best thing to do is step away and go on an adventure—something completely unrelated to creating. It always helps reset my mind. The more you try to force it, the longer the block tends to stick around.
