SELL WITH USAt DOORS NYC, we believe in empowering customers to shop with purpose and in helping independent brands grow with integrity. That’s why we’ve introduced the DOORS Impact Badge Index: a system of self-declared values and production practices designed to bring transparency to fashion that inspires.
These badges celebrate how independent brands are incorporating social, environmental, and ethical values into their work. From sustainably sourced fabrics to small-batch production, charitable giving, or inclusion in fashion week presentations, each badge highlights a meaningful aspect of a product’s story. We rely on our brand partners to provide accurate, honest information. At this time, the Impact Badges are self-reported and not verified by third-party auditors. We do, however, require supporting documentation where applicable, and our team regularly reviews submissions to ensure good faith and consistency. This is a living system. As DOORS grows, we will continue refining our standards and supporting our brands in deepening their commitments. Our goal is not perfection, but progress: to create a space where values-driven fashion has a visible place on the global stage.
