Use: Step 1: Upper lid: Pull your upper eyelid taut to the side and draw a thin line along your lash line, starting from the outer corner and working towards the inner corner. Step 2: Lower lid: Similarly, apply a thin line along your lower lash line, from the outer corner towards the inner corner. Consider stopping at two-thirds of the way for a wider eye appearance. Step 3: Connect the upper and lower eyeliner lines at the outer corner for a classic look. For a winged eyeliner (cat-eye), draw a line upwards from the outer corner, using your lower lash line as a guide.
