Uzurii’s founder, Shieglee Ferreira dos Santos, grew up in the Amazon and Rio de Janeiro where her passion for design grew. After her mother moved them to Amsterdam to help her realize her fashion dreams, Shieglee studied, then grew her family, and eventually turned her attention to fashion. Defined by hand-crafted finishing by women who Shieglee personally trains, her brand has gained international acclaim. As she puts it, “I believe in the power of all women, and that together we can change the world when we follow our dreams”.
